Activity n° USA004
Project Name Area Reduction System Based on Vapor Detection
Project Description To demonstrate technology based on TNT vapor detector and a polymer detection system. If successful, further testing in live minefields will be conducted. Approach makes use of a special polymer, which acts as a sponge for TNT molecules. Principle of operation allows for immediate on the spot confirmation of the presence (or absence) of TNT vapors.
