Description

The test facility is part of military technical centre 52 in Oberjettenberg close to Bad Reichenhall. It has been constructed for testing of handheld mine detectors. Seven different soil types (concrete gravel, basalt, loam, two different sand types, natural gravel, humus soil) are filled into a non-metallic concrete box

(~ 2 x 30 m). Depth 1,50 m.

The facility can be used by small vehicle mounted systems for initial outdoor tests.
