Under the leadership of the European Commission, members of the International Test and Evaluation Program for humanitarian demining (ITEP) from Belgium, Canada and the United Kingdom have launched the ITEP Project N° 1: "Systematic Inventory of Test & Evaluation (T&E) Activities, Capabilities & Needs in South Eastern Europe (SEE)".
The aim of this project was to collate information on current projects and existing T&E capabilities that support demining efforts in the region. Deficiencies in current operations and future requirements were also identified and reported.
